To start a return or exchange, contact us at service@meluaim.com. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
We’ll send you a return shipping label if the item meets our Refund Policies. Please send the items back within 5 days after receiving the shipping label.
We’ll contact you after receiving the items. Your refund or exchange will be processed in 3-8 business days. There is no handling charge, and the money will be returned in the original form of payment.
