Shipping Information

 

We provide Free Shipping for all orders, utilizing FedEx and UPS as our carriers.
Orders are processed within 3 business days and are shipped on regular business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Typically, it takes about 3-8 business days for the packages to be delivered.
Shipping process: order placed -> order processed -> order shipped.
Note: We only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Military Addresses.

Order Tracking

 

After your product is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at service@meluaim.com. We will assist by reaching out to the courier.
